Our unique Insurance Indemnity policy covers your firm for up to £100,000 per claim (up to a maximum of £1/2 million per client p.a.) . This will cover all of your legal costs as well as any costs awarded by an employment tribunal providing you fully follow our advice in relation to a claim from one of your employees i.e. in relation to unfair dismissal, discriminations claims etc. (subject to the adherence of the terms and conditions of our insurance policy).
