About us
Ramsay Employment Law is a solicitor-led legal advice consultancy specialising in Employment Law. Our employment lawyers and HR professionals deliver practical and effective employment solutions to a broad range of private organisations, and professional practices. Through our highly qualified employment law team we aim to give the standard of advice and guidance in employment law and HR matters you would expect from a large law firm and HR consultancy, however, at a competitive fixed fee (subject to the nature of the work). In addition we offer Employment Law Protection insurance which protects a business against the costs incurred at a tribunal – including any award that may be made against the company (subject to adherence to terms of the insurance policy).
Operating throughout Scotland and the rest of the UK, and dealing with clients who have employees ranging from 5 to 1,100 we provide a range of employment law services that can be closely tailored to the individual needs of your business.
