Employment Law Audit Service
As part of our service, to ensure that your business is operating at its most efficient, we offer a comprehensive audit of all your HR systems, procedures and documentation which is free of charge to all our regular subscribers (or at a small fixed fee otherwise).
In addition, as part of our service, we will provide you with a full and regularly updated staff handbook for you to keep, giving you the latest employment advice close to hand.
Our handbook also contains a comprehensive breakdown of disciplinary rules and procedures, statutory employee benefits (including holidays and sick pay, grievance procedures and general employment-related policies.
Additionally we provide a range of legal styles including blank employment contracts, attendance & absence record forms and holiday forms for all your staff.

As part of our service, and within a short period of joining, we ensure all clients are provided with suitable employment documentation. We draw up the legally required written statement of employment particulars following discussions with you, in which we identify the details specific to your business, and possibly also, different categories of employees. We also draw up a comprehensive Employee Handbook, which includes your own terms and conditions on a wide variety of employment related subjects.
Legal Expenses Insurance
Our unique Insurance Indemnity policy covers your firm for up to £100,000 per claim (up to a maximum of £1/2 million per client p.a.). This will cover all of your legal costs as well as any costs awarded by an employment tribunal providing you fully follow our advice in relation to a claim from one of your employees i.e. in relation to unfair dismissal, discriminations claims etc. (subject to the adherence of the terms and conditions of our insurance policy).
