Mediation Service

REL is pleased to announce our Mediation Service.

At REL we understand the importance of promoting a positive working environment and creating a culture that supports this.  Disputes in the workplace between employees and or employers can have a negative influence on the working environment causing conflict and feelings of unrest.  Consequently this could impact on job performance, higher absence levels, grievances and in some circumstances, Employment Tribunal claims. 

When providing you with our Mediation service we will act as a neutral third party to help reach a solution from an early stage in the dispute.  We will have the opportunity to discuss the basis of the conflict and explore a wide range of solutions.  Successful mediation can minimize the risk of defending an Employment Tribunal claim in addition to saving valuable management time
