Ramsay Employment Law Training employs experienced employment lawyers to provide training to HR, Legal and small scale training of managers where particular issues arise. The principal focus is on raising awareness of risks and suggesting techniques to reduce those risks.
We can design and deliver training on a wide range of employment law and human resource issues, to suit our client’s needs. Typical subjects tend to include the handling of disciplinary and grievances issues, sexual harassment and bullying, the contractual relationship, and the implications of the Working Time Regulations, but as seminars are designed specifically, we can cover almost any employment subject. And of course we can include reference to the client’s own rules, documentation and forms wherever appropriate.
